To make a return, you must send an email to ventaslemaan@gmail.com attaching photographs of the defect; LeMaan will inform the customer of the date on which the new product will be sent as well as the procedure for the customer to send the incorrect or defective product at no cost, www.guayaberaslemaan.com will replace the product within a reasonable time, subject to or factors independent of the company (Guayaberas LeMaan) such as delivery by the parcel company and availability of the product to be replaced.
Size Change
To change the size, you must send an email to ventaslemaan@gmail.com with your order number requesting the change of size (available in inventory). Guayaberas LeMaan will send you the correct item once the product is received at our return facilities (the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use and original labels); the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Cancellations

In compliance with the provisions of article 56 of the federal consumer protection law, you may cancel your purchase at any time before receiving the product and within the first 5 business days after receiving notification of delivery of the product by the contracted courier company; To do this, you must send an email to ventaslemaan@gmail.com requesting cancellation and briefly explaining why you want to cancel your purchase, complying with the above and verifying that the product is in perfect condition with no signs of use, damage, or mishandling of both the garment and its original labels, www.guayaberaslemaan.com will refund you the price paid for the product within a maximum period of 30 days.
