Delivery Conditions
LeMaan does not commit to deliveries on specific days. Delivery time may vary from 1 to 10 days from the date shown on the guide based on weather conditions, traffic or road conditions.

Delivery time starts from payment confirmation, which will be notified to the customer by email within 24 hours. If the payment method used corresponds to one of the following, payment confirmation could take up to 48 business hours:

www.guayaberaslemaan.com does not operate in emergency shipping, because this service is contracted by the courier company, which accepts the terms and conditions of said company.
LeMaan will request delivery to the address entered in the “delivery address” field found within the purchase form in the online store www.guayaberaslemaan.com . Deliveries will be made on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, during the hours stated by the courier on its website.
At the time of delivery to the address, the person receiving the merchandise will be asked for official identification (voter ID, passport, FM2 immigration form or driver's license), so we ask that you have this document on hand when the purchase is delivered.
All shipments made by us and our suppliers are perfectly packaged. In case your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier employee indicating that the package shows signs of mistreatment (open box, hit, perforated, wet, wrapped, etc.) Without this note, you receive the package as normal. If the courier employee does not allow you to write it on the delivery manifest, you should NOT receive the package. If you suspect that the box that the courier employee is giving you does not contain what you bought, either due to the weight or size of the packaging, you should NOT receive it, indicating the reasons to the courier employee and you must report it to us immediately to clarify your order. Once the package has been received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 24 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing items in your order. After this period, no changes or claims are possible. The shipping cost for most items is based on the cost and volumetric weight of the item and delivery address.
Shipping services: Our shipping services are external services to us, that is, they are not part of our company, so the parcel companies are responsible for delivering the package in good condition and in the assigned times. In case of loss or damage to the package, the parcel company must assume its responsibility to replace or compensate for the damage. We can support with the logistics in said claim to the parcel company but we do not guarantee that the parcel company will access compensation. Therefore, if your package arrives damaged and you accept upon receipt, the parcel company will rule that it agreed and therefore a claim cannot be pursued.
